Asda shoppers love their new rude toilet paper but some are calling it disrespectful

Asda has launched a new kind of toilet roll with a humorous twist. They shared the new product to their Instagram page, which 577k people follow.

"It does exactly what it says on the roll," Asda wrote. "Have you discovered our Poo Emoji Toilet Roll yet? You're never too old for toilet humour, if you ask us!

In the photo, Asda showed off their new 'Poo Roll', a pack of four toilet rolls decorated with poo emojis. The front of the pack is emblazoned with a giant version of the emoji and the words 'poo roll'.

Shoppers loved the humorous product and rushed to the comments. One wrote: "We need more decorative loo rolls, colourful ones to match your decor or even fun ones for everyone."

Another person said "I need to get some" as a third commented: "Such a great idea we all need a bit of humour, love it love it." One person added "I think this is great light hearted fun for the kiddies".

"My kids and all my childminding children thought it was hilarious when they got home from school," another said. "Thanks for making them smile."

But not everyone was keen on the idea. One person wrote: "Really!!!! No privacy or respect these days very sad." Another added "Very childish I think."

One shopper said: "I am sorry but I couldn’t cope looking at this every time I went the bath room. Each to their own though, but it’s a no from me."

Asda's new Reflections Decorated Poo Emoji Toilet Roll is available now for £2.50. It has a four-star rating, with one shopper saying: "These are hilarious, I’ve bought them for display in my bathroom so can’t comment on the practical use."

But not everyone loved the quality, with one person writing "I found these toilet rolls quite rough". Another wrote: "Terrible paper, very tough and not fit for the task. Gave one for novelty emoji. Would never buy again."
