New footage shows Joe Rogan push commentator out of his chair after brutal Israel Adesanya knockout

Joe Rogan got so excited during the UFC 287 main event that he pushed one of his co-commentators to the floor.

The popular podcaster called the UFC’s latest pay-per-view alongside former dual-weight Daniel Cormier and broadcast veteran Jon Anik.

After a great night of fights in Miami, which included comments from welterweight contender Kevin Holland that left Rogan and co. giggling, Israel Adesanya squared off against his long-time rival Alex Pereira in the main event.

‘The Last Stylebender’ was 0-3 and had been knocked out twice by Pereira heading into their latest fight which seemed to be going the same way early on.

However, ‘Poatan’ was caught coming in by two big punches that knocked him out cold and left everyone in the arena, including the UFC commentators, in a state of shock.

Rogan's eyes widened and he began screaming when Pereira hit the floor and Adesanya began the wild celebrations that he later admitted were ‘petty’ following some backlash.

The UFC legend began grabbing at his commentary partners and new footage shows that Anik was pushed out of his seat and almost fell to the floor while being unintentionally mauled by Rogan during the post-KO chaos.

Anik soon returned to his seat to recap the event with Cormier and Rogan who believes Adesanya’s finish was one of the best he’s ever seen in more than 20 years working for the UFC.

The commentary trio is expected to be back in the booth next month when MMA’s premier promotion returns to New Jersey for its UFC 288 card topped by a bantamweight title fight between Aljamain Sterling and Henry Cejudo.

Meanwhile, the middleweight division is in a state of flux after UFC 287.

Adesanya seems to be bereft of challengers at the start of his second title reign.

An MMA trilogy fight with Pereira is no longer on the table as the recently dethroned champion has decided to move up to light-heavyweight following his second career defeat.

Dricus du Plessis is ranked sixth in the division and seems to need another win to earn a title shot but he could be next in line because Adesanya has beaten the top five fighters, some of them twice, over the past few years.
